Description
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to collect business requirements • Experience with automated workflow systems and Medicaid is a plus • Expert level knowledge of MS Excel, Visio and PowerPoint • Gathering, compiling, evaluating complex information and presenting to stakeholders • Multi-tasking and working independently • Serving as project lead for complex projects • Contributing to project reports • Capturing key elements in brainstorming sessions, generating group member direction, and leading group to define goals • Dealing with ambiguity and frequent change • Working independently, managing multiple tasks and directional changes • Interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Requirements
• 5 Years of experience in gathering business requirements from stakeholders • 3 Years as project lead for complex projects • 5 Years of experience with Project management support • 3 Years of experience with automated workflow systems • 5 Years of expert level knowledge of MS Excel, Visio and PowerPoint • 3 Years of Medicaid knowledge or experience • 1 Year of Oracle Financials experience
