Description

• Serving as the product manager for electronic certified payroll for the construction team • Delivering business and system requirements • Understanding data flow requirements between major systems • Performing application configuration (using XML) • Developing tasks and schedules for delivery • Training to support delivery of AASHTOWare Project's Civil Rights and Labor (AWP CRL) module • Setting goals and ensuring clear communication with the business • Communication with the IT team • Breaking down design into milestones and work items • Tracking status and managing communication and dependencies • Coordinating test validation and rollout for functional components

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication • Understanding of solutions development methodologies and knowledge of systems and industry requirements • Knowledge of IT technologies, architecture, infrastructure, and data center operations • Proven experience evaluating, re-engineering and clearly documenting business processes • Ability to research and find facts as it relates to business requirements and solution development • Proficiency in SQL skills • Gather user requirements, document business rules, workflows and business processes, create test plans, provide production support and assist the team • Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies • Excellent organizational and presentation skills • Working knowledge of application development lifecycle • Experience with Azure DevOps • Working knowledge of NCDOT Construction business processes, especially Certified Payroll and compliance • Experience with AASHTOWare Project (AWP), especially the CRL module • Experience with designing application test suites • Prior project management experience • Experience with product management
