• Requires experience, creativity and multi-tasking • Monitor security tools and provide exceptional customer service • Communicate effectively with teammates and customers • Analyze care and feeding of logs and scans • Configure and deploy security tools with best practices • Maintain up-to-date project and architecture documentation • Maintain up-to-date inventory and maintenance records • Monitor system resources for anomalies • Resolve connection issues between platforms • Support team efforts to improve cybersecurity controls and defenses • Support team efforts for threat hunting and mitigation • Understand the OT environment and core tools • Display experience with Security Operations • Communicate with management on all phases of security transformation • Support and upgrade tools and keep up-to-date documentation • Generate security monitoring searches and dashboards • Drive security best practices in a production OT environment • Ability to differentiate between OT and IT

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in the field or related subject matter area • Cyber Security experience - 3 Years • Security Tools: Splunk - 3 Years • Security Tools: Forescout - Highly desired 1 Years • Security Tools: Tenable/Nessus - Nice to have 1 Years • Desktop/Laptop/Server Hardware - 5 Years • General Network - 5 Years • Microsoft Office - 5 Years • Desktop/Server Applications - 3 Years • Azure - Nice to have 2 Years
