Description
• Serve as primary resource for maintaining Central Office workstation inventory • Responsible for stewardship of VDOT funds related to IT assets • Serve as primary contact for vendors and service providers • Coordinate agency wide validation of refresh eligible workstations • Identify hardware/peripheral standards • Maintain Configuration Management Database and related systems
Requirements
• Knowledge of IT Asset Management best practices - Required 5 Years • Ability to analyze business needs, gather and analyze data, and communicate solutions - Required 5 Years • Skill in troubleshooting tools, managing, and administering Windows workstations - Required 3 Years • Demonstrated skill in organization, time management, and task prioritization in a high-volume workspace - Required 5 Years • Experience providing strong customer service with a customer-first attitude - Required 5 Years • Knowledge of State policy and governance, VITA Experience a plus - Desired 3 Years • Skill in SQL queries, data manipulation, report development, and BI tools - Nice to have 3 Years
