Description

• Assist in establishing the HR Digital Transformation program office • Draft the business case for the project • Facilitate communication efforts to gain buy-in from State Executive Leaders and Legislative bodies • Design comprehensive strategy and identify objectives for successful outcomes • Assist in designing a change communication strategy • Develop project timelines • Ensure project is in scope, on-time, and within budget • Recommend staffing resources and deployment • Effective program and project change management • Monitor and evaluate project progress • Support the team in developing HR RFP(s) • Assist in the evaluation process for HCM competitive evaluation • Support client Programs and project/program integrations • Develop documentation to understand current and future processes • Support special projects related to the HR Digital Transformation Program

Requirements

• 7 years of project management experience for a large complex entity • State Government ERP project management experience • State Government HR business process knowledge • Knowledge of SAP ERP on-premise HR-Payroll or similar ERP • Experience implementing cloud HCM solutions from at least 2 different vendors • Effective stakeholder coordination and consensus building
