Description
• Conduct consultations with clients to gather information • Create custom-tailored resumes • Write and edit professional summary statements, job descriptions, and bullet points • Ensure resumes are formatted correctly and adhere to industry standards • Provide guidance to clients on resume content and layout • Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in resume writing techniques • Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices • Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering quality work • Seek feedback from clients for continuous improvement
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Human Resources, or related field • Strong writing and editing skills • Knowledge of resume writing best practices • Familiarity with different resume formats and styles • Proficiency with word processing software and resume writing tools • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus • Certification in resume writing preferred
