🔄 Hybrid – San Francisco
• Ownership of the positioning of our Supplier experience • Responsible for driving movement across the funnel • Auditing current Supplier messaging • Working with Sales and Product teams • Setting up measurements for the Supplier funnel • Seeking improvement opportunities for the Supplier experience • Representing the voice of the Supplier at Canal • Optimizing Supplier lifecycle milestones • Driving supplier behavior and engagement • Partnering with Product to launch new features and products • Managing and evolving Supplier messaging and marketing mix • 10% time spent on the Storefront side of the network
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle or email marketing, digital marketing, product management, or user insights-related fields in a B2B tech company or marketplace • Data-driven and naturally curious • Learner with a growth mindset • Comfortable working in startup environments • Team player with experience collaborating with Sales and Product teams • Passionate about consumer brands and/or marketplaces
