Description
• The Senior Manager, API Products will be responsible for creating and managing a suite of APIs responsible for payment acceptance. • The Senior Manager - • API Products will join a team committed to being delivery- • focused and creating the best possible customer experience, working towards an ambitious roadmap to differentiate payments and loyalty. • API Products will own, maintain and evolve existing APIs (v1/payments) as well as play a key role in enabling future features & functionality. • API Products will deliver a new Partner Portal, Developer Portal, module catalog, and related Partner APIs. • API Products will ensure all APIs are developed with for externalization from the start. • API Products will help Partners understand opportunities to introduce Shop Your Way capabilities into their customer solutions. • API Products will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to understand and define product needs. • API Products will lead feature definition and prioritization, internally informed by data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, internal stakeholders and business goals. • API Products will provide clear vision and documentation, including use cases and product requirements to support UX design, development, and operations support. • API Products will build and present executive product updates, including performance metrics, delivery status, and roadmap updates
Requirements
• Strong technical fluency • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Proven experience with developing developer facing products • Bachelor's degree required • MBA preferred
