Description
• Responding to and managing client experience inquiries in various channels • Completing ongoing clerical, administrative, and routine tasks • Tracking performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis • Facilitating regular interviews with users to collect feedback and insights
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in customer service • Fluent English and perfect writing skills • Familiarity with Slack, Zendesk, Google Sheets • Attention to detail • Previous experience in e-commerce or tech startup is a plus • Must be flexible and able to wear many hats • Translate client experience into recommendations • Ability to work 40 hours a week, including some weekend and evening hours
