Description

• Passionate about leveraging technology to enhance educational institutions. • Support technical configurations, integrations, and coding requirements for the Banner Financial Aid module. • Collaborate with clients to implement the Ellucian Banner software suite. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Banner software suite. • Manage multiple clients and project requirements simultaneously. • Design, write, and optimize SQL scripts, create Banner Financial Aid rules, establish integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the Higher Education Industry. • Expert knowledge of Banner technologies and PL/SQL, with solid experience coding in Java, JavaScript, or Groovy/Grails. • Proficiency with database and IDE tools such as SQL Developer, Toad, Eclipse, or IntelliJ. • Familiarity with version control software like Git. • Specific experience supporting the Banner Financial Aid module including strong experience in coding the disbursement rules in Banner Financial Aid • The ability to manage multiple projects independently and solve problems effectively. • Proven consulting skills with the ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service approach. • A strong desire to learn, collaborate, and innovate with team members and clients. • The ability to travel as needed.
