Description
• Provide Workday implementation services related to Student AR including training, functional consulting, and technical support. • Analyze and optimize current business processes related to student billing and accounts receivable. • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Workday Student AR module, ensuring seamless operation for our clients.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience working directly with the Workday Student AR module at a college or university, or as a Workday Student AR consultant. • Expertise in managing and optimizing student billing processes, tuition calculation, and accounts receivable within Workday. • Strong ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Workday Student AR module. • Excellent communication skills and a customer service-focused approach. • Self-directed with strong problem-solving abilities. • Experience developing reports for Student AR areas utilizing Workday. • Ability to communicate user requirements to the technical support team. • Knowledge of relational databases and financial systems integration. • Workday Certification
