Description
• Play a key role in building a product and team to impact education • Solve for promoting empowerment and building motivating and productive environments
Requirements
• Lead a cross-functional agile team, continuously developing simpleclub’s mobile and web application and products such as our learning tools and content discovery • Actively develop new features and products to a high degree of quality and maintain existing systems • Work with other engineers to promote best practices in software architecture, design, development, delivery and operations • Work alongside multidisciplinary teams of Product Managers, designers in the research and validation phases • Actively participate in the discussions and setting of the product and technical OKRs for your team to drive impact to our users • Mentoring other (senior) engineers, coaching and inspiring them to excel and develop in their craft
