Description
• Oversee infrastructure and system needs using cutting-edge technologies • Support multi-cloud environment (Azure and AWS) • Work on high-level projects to ensure company success
Requirements
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network connectivity and performance issues • Administer and support AAD, AD, Endpoint (Intune), Office 365, AWS, Network services • Maintain security compliance, backup, and redundancy strategies • Provide solution support and configuration changes across all environments • Web service administration & configurations • Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by diagnostics • Design and implement monitoring and reporting functions for a hands-off environment • Ensure highest level of systems and infrastructure availability • Implement warranty and support activities • Define hardware standards and maintain inventory • Assist with vendor evaluation and negotiations • Provide white glove user support of desktop hardware • Support during business hours and available after-hours • Ability to travel as needed
