• Own delivery of end-to-end analytic solutions • Consult with leaders to develop analytic roadmaps • Lead a team of Data Analysts • Perform analyses enabling stakeholders deepen quantitative understanding • Develop dashboards, reporting, and data products • Work with technology partners and data engineers • Build scalable methodology and tools • Lead initiatives to build data and analytics competencies
• 8-10 years of experience in a data analytics or data science role • Demonstrated ability to independently plan and execute repeatable analyses • Excellent communicator bridging the gap between data and business owners • Creative thinker proficient in retail analytics use cases • Excellent SQL skills and experience with statistical programming languages • Experience creating executive-level dashboards using visualization tools • Prior experience in people and team management highly desirable • BA/BS in Math, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Data Science, or other quantitative field highly desirable
