Description
• AI predictions require actionable design. • Drive design strategy and scale the design system. • Lead prototyping efforts and conduct user research. • Collaborate with Engineering, Clinical Operations, Sales, and Product teams. • Fully own design decisions.
Requirements
• 8+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer working specifically on B2B software, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful design solutions. • Expertise in UX/UI design principles and proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. • Experience with healthcare is a huge plus! • Experience working in an early-stage startup environment. • Skillful at designing for a non-technical audience. • Process-oriented. • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and feedback effectively. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of thriving in startup environments. • Passion for improving the healthcare system.
