Description
• Influence all aspects of the product and business through data analysis • Build and maintain data models, improve reports and dashboards, conduct investigations into trends and anomalies • Empower internal teams through education and training in analytics
Requirements
• 5+ years' experience as a healthcare data analyst (or evidence of a steep learning curve) • Significant experience with healthcare data, ideally both clinical and billing/claims data in a health system setting • Ownership mindset. Build and own features from start to finish. • Entrepreneurial mindset. Evidence of being resourceful and dealing well with ambiguity • Product focus. Maximizing value delivered to customers.
