• Analyze data, finance reports, budgets, tax returns, and accounting records • Report directly to CEO and board members • Prepare financial reports, budget reports, payroll, revenue, and profit forecasting • Manage accounts payable account and process payments to vendors • Process monthly bill payments • Prepare entity level tax basis financial statements • Work with CPA firm to process tax return • Bookkeeping and prepare monthly general ledger journal entries
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field, or equivalent experience • Extensive knowledge of Quickbook, MS Office (Word, Excel), and other applicable accounting software • Fluent in English and Mandarin • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines • Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within a team • Strong time management and organization skills
