• Lead, mentor, and scale the Solutions Engineering team across AMER, focusing on enablement and continuous learning. • To grow business effectively, develop and maintain internal partnerships with the Field Sales, Chanel Sales, Partnerships, and Professional Services Organizations. • Engage directly with strategic clients, overseeing discovery, technical demonstrations, and POVs. • Collaborate with Professional Services to ensure smooth transitions post-sales and successful delivery of solutions. • Drive product feedback loops with the Engineering and Product teams to influence the product roadmap and contribute to strategic technology and operations improvements. • Provide detailed perspective from the field on GenAI, integration technology trends, and competitive and customer intelligence. • Use data to understand what's resonating with customers and guide solutions selling strategies. • Create and manage the team’s productivity through data-driven insights and KPIs. • Maintain a strong partnership with the CTO and other senior leaders to drive innovation in GenAI and data integration solutions. • Create a collaborative and supportive environment, clearing obstacles for your team to ensure their success.
• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, focusing on enterprise software and data integration. • Proven track record in managing and coaching high-performing, senior-level technical teams. • Expertise in cloud computing, data integration, and AI technologies. • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a positive, collaborative approach. • Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services teams. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a focus on innovation and customer success.
