• The Marketing Manager develops and executes marketing plans based on market research. • Monitors spend and marketing effectiveness, manages campaigns, and collaborates with stakeholders. • Analyzes tracking and sales data, monitors campaign expenses, and adjusts campaigns as needed. • Communicates campaigns and plans with internal and external contacts.
• BA required; degree in marketing or business preferred • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing position • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Superior communication, collaboration, and organization skills • Strong mathematical and analytical skills • Ability to learn and use project management software • Ability to travel occasionally (including overnights) is required for attending events and quarterly departmental meetings, as well as the corporate retreat (which usually takes place in January each year).
