Description

• Provide legal support for Network Advertising team • Manage and close business-critical agreements • Advise on legal developments in marketing and advertising • Improve internal legal processes supporting Network Advertising • Collaborate with legal and business to solve challenges • Support SIE Global Marketing and Advertising functions

Requirements

• At least 5 years relevant experience in-house counsel in entertainment or technology • JD or LLM from top law school; admitted to a U.S. state bar • Experience managing advertising transactions and negotiating contracts • Familiarity with regulatory issues in marketing and advertising • Knowledge of data protection laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA
