• Develop and implement fundraising strategy tailored to SOULCHI's goals. • Identify and engage potential investors for funding. • Assist in developing compelling pitch decks and fundraising materials. • Coach founding team on effective pitch delivery. • Guide company through due diligence processes. • Conduct market research to support fundraising efforts.
Requirements
• Proven track record of successfully raising pre-seed or early-stage funding for startups. • Established network of angel investors and venture capitalists. • In-depth understanding of the startup ecosystem and investment landscape. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market conditions and competition. • Effective execution of fundraising activities. • Proven ability to negotiate investment terms.
