Description
• SPAN is seeking a customer obsessed execution focused Director of Product to lead device software, digital services, and customer experience. • You’ll play a critical role in shaping the product organization and roadmap by defining the product direction, execution, and product lifecycle. • Reporting to SPAN’s Head of Product, you'll ensure harmony across our product ecosystem by collaborating closely with various teams. • Transforming the user's perception of electricity will be at the heart of your role.
Requirements
• Proven leadership overseeing HW and SW Product teams. • Track record of shipping 0-to-1 consumer devices and digital products/features • Experience with personalized and journey-based experiences • Strong working knowledge of discovery techniques, design sprints, and rapid prototyping • Hands-on experience with product analytics tools, feature flagging services and in-app messaging systems. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project execution. • Bonus: Experience in the residential energy sector (home solar and storage systems, utility programs and rate structures) • Bonus: Experience with connected home/IoT products (connected devices, smart appliances, assistants) • Bonus: Experience at product-led companies • Bonus: Experience at early-growth stage companies
