Description
• Lead strategic projects for Speak across new initiatives, finance, marketing, content, and other functions • Drive key pillars of our operational cadence like goal-setting, metrics setting and reviews, board meeting preparation, and investor updates • Act as a thought partner to the leadership team on organizational priorities and processes, and can contribute additional rigor to decisions around investment of resources, marketing spend, etc • Create scalable plans that integrate a comprehensive vision with an understanding of real-world constraints.
Requirements
• You have experience in consulting, investment banking, or similar BizOps roles • You are scrappy, ambitious, and willing to tackle any problem directly • You are comfortable operating autonomously and analytically solving unstructured problems • You are familiar with modeling business problems and forecasting and are proficient in analytics tools • An ideal candidate would also have experience working in a high-growth startup
