Description

• Deliver regular corporate reporting on the main SaaS / revenue metrics (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc). • Develop and maintain revenue and funnel forecasting models to support budgeting and planning processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline revenue-related processes and improve operational efficiency. • Partner with revenue leadership to support revenue growth by delivering data-driven insights and recommendations. • Manage and analyze revenue and spend data (history, metrics, customer spend, etc). • Drive insights and strategy through regular and ad hoc reporting and dashboarding within Hubspot, Google Sheets, Looker Studio. • Build analytical models to set future goals based on historical revenue team performance that are flexible based on different scenarios / inputs (bookings, pipe gen, pipeline coverage, etc). • Partner with Business Intelligence team to increase reporting efficiency and ensure alignment across key reporting systems. • Proactively search for areas to improve, streamline, and scale using data, process, and systems analysis. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential revenue growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (ideally in a field related to business / finance or math / quantitative analysis). • 3+ years experience in an analyst role in the financial field or RevOps. • B2+ English level. • Demonstrates a strong understanding of how a B2B SaaS company operates, including knowledge of product-led growth and sales-led growth strategies. • Familiar with analyzing metrics that are critical to GTM orgs (Pipeline Coverage, Bookings, Retention, Sales Cycle, Quota Attainment, etc). • Comfortable constructing analytical models from scratch, even when given a high-level brief rather than detailed instructions. • Can quickly identify when the data 'doesn't make sense' and proactively investigates why. • Can concisely summarize findings from complex data in the 'right format for the right audience'. • Experience working with Hubspot CRM (especially reports / dashboards), Looker Studio, and SQL will be advantageous.
