Description

• Spotter’s mission is to give creators access to tools, knowledge, community, and capital so their creativity can change the world. The Director, Product Analytics plays a vital role in that mission by creating magical experiences for our funded creators. You will work closely with our Product team to surface key insights about user behavior, user journey, churn, and product usage to drive continuous improvement and shape the future of Spotter’s game-changing creator tools. This position is based in our Culver City HQ.

Requirements

• BS in a technical or math-oriented discipline • 6 - 10 years of work experience in analytical/quantitative roles • Extensive experience designing, conducting, and analyzing results from multivariate tests • Extensive knowledge of and experience with product or web analytics tools (Heap, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, etc.) • Extensive knowledge and experience in digital marketing attribution • Strong communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Expert level proficiency in Excel, particularly pivot tables, power pivots, data models • Expert level proficiency using SQL and / or Python / R for ad-hoc analysis • Proficient in PowerPoint and / or Google Slides • Ability to troubleshoot data-related issues
