• Spotter’s mission is to give creators access to tools, knowledge, community, and capital so their creativity can change the world. Manager / Sr. Manager, Product Analytics plays a vital role in that mission by creating magical experiences for our funded creators. • You will work closely with our Product team to surface key insights about user behavior, user journey, churn, and product usage to drive continuous improvement and shape the future of Spotter’s game-changing creator tools. • This position is based in our Culver City HQ.
• BS in a technical or math-oriented discipline, Master is preferred • 5 - 7 years of work experience in analytical/quantitative roles • Experience in product and marketing analytics for SaaS models • Knowledge of and experience with product or web analytics tools (Heap, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, etc.) • Knowledge and experience in digital marketing attribution • Deep empathy for our creators and desire to solve problems with a creator-first mentality • Good communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Strong proficiency using SQL and / or Python / R for ad-hoc analysis • Proficient in PowerPoint and / or Google Slides • Ability to troubleshoot data-related issues
