Description

• Provide individual therapy to employees, management consultations, training, and mental health support. • Develop strong relationships with leaders and HR POCs and execute local action plans. • Assess for risk and manage member crises by providing support, triage, safety planning, and follow up. • Conduct tailored company training and promotion events for Spring Health benefits. • Maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards while delivering services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience with at least 1 year as an independently licensed clinician. • Training and experience in delivering management consultation, critical incident response, and training presentations. • Comfortable with technology and telehealth competent. • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care, including short-term, solution-focused therapy. • Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in California (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.). • Comfortable providing safety planning and intervention during higher risk situations. • Committed to high quality documentation of service delivery in a timely manner. • Independent worker who values team support and collaboration. • Acknowledges and embraces diversity and inclusion among teams and clients.
