• Lead account teams and manage projects from start to finish. • Develop and execute comprehensive integrated media and communications strategies. • Develop an impactful and trusting relationship with clients • Manage complex client issues and provide thoughtful counsel. • Lead new business meetings and create proposals. • Partner and collaborate with senior level colleagues on integrated accounts. • Participate in new business meetings and create proposals. • Train and mentor junior staff on PR, media relations, and client management. • Respond to client requests and ensure efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of public relations experience, with a focus on film and television • Strong persuasive, concise, creative, and quick writing skills • Relationships with entertainment media and ability to leverage them • Strategic thinking, bringing new ideas, and enjoying brainstorming • Curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects • Overdelivering rather than meeting expectations and taking pride in being part of something good
