Description

• Working with a new team to build out StackAdapt’s Marketing technology offering • Integrate services in the StackAdapt’s Customer Data Platform and Platform • Architect scalable low-latency backend systems and data pipelines. Write code as needed to support the team. • Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers within the backend distributed systems team • Make a positive impact on the team's productivity and growth • Promote software development best-practices and conduct rigorous code reviews • Rigorously identify and solve technical challenges • Conduct interviews to attract and identify potential high performing candidates • Balance and prioritize projects to maximize efficiency and ensure company objectives are achieved

Requirements

• Experience with MarTech or Email marketing • Proven track record of delivering results and leading growing, high-impact teams • At least 5 years experience of software development in distributed systems, architecting scalable microservices and data pipelines in a successful high-growth technology company • At least 1 year of leadership experience, including all the responsibilities listed above • A strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms • Up to date knowledge and experience in the latest technologies, tools, and frameworks • Experience with Go and high performance databases is a plus
