Description

• Work with cross-functional teams (engineers, product managers, researchers, fellow designers) to drive design vision and strategy for our design system • Be an integral part of the team to build a world-class design system and help steer the growth, evolution, and execution of our platform’s interface and user experience • Apply strategic thinking to visualize ideas and concepts and communicate them effectively and compellingly for internal stakeholders, partners and customers • Use facilitative leadership skills to drive to the best outcome for stakeholders, partners and customers • Collaborate with other leaders in the Product Design & UX Research team, to facilitate cross team work, user journey thinking, improve team operations, and more

Requirements

• A depth of experience in the design systems domain, especially within very complex technology spaces • Expert level proficiency with Figma and related tooling; in building and documenting design systems • Deep knowledge and experience of core UX competencies, including; Interaction Design, Usability Testing & Evaluations, Prototyping and Information architecture • Strong visual design principles and track record of creating attractive and intuitive interfaces • Excellent communication skills, especially the ability to communicate UX and Design-related concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to understand the business context and Product challenges and manage uncertainty and apply appropriate solutions in response to differing business needs • Highly flexible and adaptable to fast paced and changing environments
