Description
• Develop a sales automation AI platform that uses cutting-edge ML • Pioneer the next generation of B2B sales automation for entrepreneurs & small businesses. The platform is an end-to-end solution that automates lead generation workflows • Work with the latest tooling and ML models at a dynamic startup • Design, code, and debug complex software applications, focusing on performance, reliability, and maintainability across the ML operations and backend • Participate in all stages of software development - from design and development to testing and deployment • Impact early-stage technical decisions that will shape the platform & infrastructure as they prepare to enter hypergrowth.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience focusing on ML & Backend development • Deep expertise with leading machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow and familiarity with libraries like scikit-learn and fast.ai is highly valued • Proficiency in modern technologies including React, Node, Postgres, and Python • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders • Desire and ability to learn quickly, take professional initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment • Experience at an early stage startup or as a founder is strongly preferred.
