Description
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable AI solutions to revolutionize customer experience automation on a platform that’s already generating revenue • Work closely with a talented interdisciplinary team to transform complex problems into elegant solutions, enhancing customer and agent experiences • Develop and optimize machine learning models and pipelines, ensuring robustness and efficiency • Guide and mentor a growing team of ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence • Integrate AI solutions with a low-code/no-code platform to enable seamless user experiences • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply these to improve the platform continuously
Requirements
• Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in parallelism, asynchrony, and typing. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS • Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AI deployment • Experience with web technologies such as React, TypeScript, HTTP, and Websockets is a plus • Passion for building AI-driven solutions that disrupt traditional customer experience models • Proven track record of leading teams, driving projects from concept to completion, and mentoring junior engineers
