• Identify growth opportunities: Find gaps in our GTM strategy or product offering that - if closed - will accelerate revenue growth over the next 3-18 months • Support the sales organization: Build & manage processes for customer escalations, roadmap communications and support of ongoing deals • Improve transparency between GTM and R&D organizations: Improve field facing product documentation & collateral in collaboration with the Product Marketing team, and bring insights, anecdotes and feedback back to the R&D org • Support on strategic projects: Help Product leadership on strategic projects around pricing, positioning, partnerships, M&A etc
• Proven experience in a Product or GTM role • Strong understanding of Product and GTM strategy and execution • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated personality with a track record for delivering results in a fast-moving environment • Strong technical foundation either through an engineering background or equivalent work experience
