Description
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to detect and deter unauthorized activities • Respond promptly to alarms, security breaches, and emergency situations • Monitor and control access to restricted areas • Document and report all security incidents and safety hazards • De-escalate potential confrontations and manage situations with professionalism
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military service • Must possess a valid California Guard Card and Exposed Firearm Permit • Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods; capable of lifting up to 25 pounds • Strong observational and decision-making skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Proficiency in conflict resolution • Must be available for on-call duty during late swing shifts and graveyard shifts, including weekends and holidays
