Description
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the StarTree Cloud platform. • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. • Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and roadmaps. • Collaborate with engineering, design, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality cloud product releases. • Engage with customers to understand their use cases, pain points, and feedback. • Work with the engineering team to design and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure. • Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and management processes for cloud services. • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure product alignment with business goals. • Define and track key product metrics to measure success and inform decision-making. • Communicate product status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. • 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in cloud services, data analytics, or enterprise software. • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and cloud security best practices. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Experience with agile development methodologies.
