• Lead in-product customer expansion initiatives focusing on purchase and adoption of SurveyMonkey product • Collaborate with multiple teams to develop and test new experiences • Help users realize the full potential of the SurveyMonkey product and optimize monetization opportunities
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management (SaaS preferred) • 2+ years of experience designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests • Experience with both self-service subscription products and sales-assisted go-to-market motions • Comfort with product analytics tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics • Fluency in Sales analytics tools and platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot • You understand cohort analysis, segmentation, and statistical methods, and know how to derive insights from large amounts of data • Experience leading cross-functional discussions and technical deep dives with development teams
