Description

• Responsible for implementing SylogistEd solutions for K-12 districts. • Ensure high-quality service delivery in collaboration with the Project Manager. • Support activities like data conversion and end-user training. • Document and monitor success criteria for customer satisfaction. • Manage project plans, including milestones and budget tracking. • Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with internal teams. • Gather and document customer feedback for product improvements. • Test new features in SylogistEd and report bugs.

Requirements

• Experience working with SIS and K-12 education systems. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools (especially PowerPoint). • 3+ years of implementation experience, preferably in SaaS or educational technology. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Outgoing, collaborative personality, able to engage well with team members and customers. • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field. • Experience with third-party vendor integration setups. • Knowledge of school accounting or student information processes.
