Description
• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to reach thousands of followers on Instagram/Tiktok. This includes but is not limited to content planning, engagement strategies, and collaboration initiatives. • Analyze data and performance metrics to continuously refine and optimize growth strategies. Provide regular reports on progress and key insights to the team. • Stay up-to-date with the latest growth hacking trends, tools, and techniques to keep our strategies cutting-edge and effective. • Collaborate with our content creators to ensure that the content produced aligns with the growth strategy and resonates with the target audience. • Identify potential partnerships, influencers, or opportunities for collaboration to boost our Instagram/Tiktok presence. • Achieve agreed-upon growth milestones and targets. Earn incentives based on performance.
Requirements
• Proven experience in successfully growing Instagram/Tiktok accounts to a large following. • Expertise in growth hacking techniques, tools, and strategies. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Excellent project management and time management skills. • Effective communication and client management skills. • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset. • Self-motivated and results-driven.
