Description

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth targets across channels. • Oversee all aspects across channels, including relationship management, maintaining forecast and analysis tools, and contract negotiation. • Oversee current and new fee-for-service contracts with national and regional payers across Commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid lines of business. • Support claims analytics and finance in developing perspectives on TCOC and cost avoidance for partner payers and risk bearing organizations. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). • Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on health system, ACO and/or payer relationships. Demonstrated ability to drive growth with new partners. • Proven track record of growth pipeline ownership and management, with demonstrated success in driving growth and profitability. • Strong understanding of payer and provider business models, incentives and specialty provider contract models including FFS and value-based payments. • Strategic approach to leadership with the ability to effectively balance and prioritize multiple partnership opportunities. • Exceptional communicator across in-person and virtual settings, with the ability to tell stories using data to create alignment across clinical, finance and operational leaders at prospective partner organizations. • Reputation for creativity, dynamism, assertiveness, and tenacity. • Experience building and leading teams in growth stage organizations.
