Description

• The role of Business Development Manager (BDM) is to join our growing supply-side partnerships team. • The role of BDM will be responsible for expanding our supply network of mobile publishers. • The BDM will be responsible for driving growth by introducing Rewarded Surveys to fast-growing gaming companies across the globe and advising them on how to succeed with our products. • The BDM will be responsible for negotiating and closing 6-figure deals. • The BDM will be responsible for improving the process of building relationships with mobile gaming companies across the entire sales cycle from prospect to close. • The BDM will be a driving force in expanding our supply network of mobile publishers. • The BDM will have unlimited PTO. • The BDM will be provided with healthcare premiums and MacBook Pros. • The BDM will be offered equity consideration and annual paid trips to our Bay Area office.

Requirements

• BDM experience in business development • Strong presentation, storytelling and problem solving skills • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal etc.) • A keen understanding of the mobile F2P monetization ecosystem and experience selling comparable products in mobile gaming • An ability maintain discipline, deliver results and operate independently • A strong sense of confidence, humility and curiosity • A BA/BS degree in Business Development from a top university • A strong sense of humor
