Description

• Take full ownership of the product platform with hundreds of thousands of users. • Drive significant growth in key performance metrics, including conversions, signups, and reducing churn. • Shape company strategy closely with the CEO to grow revenue. • Focus on improving conversion rates, increasing lifetime value, and reducing churn. • Lead product team with a hands-on, results-driven approach across various roles.

Requirements

• SaaS experience is a must: 5+ yrs defining, shipping, and iterating SaaS products • Experienced with subscription pricing models, confident using analytics software, fluent with all SaaS related unit economics. • Experience conducting growth experiments, A/B and multivariate tests, funnel analysis - with a proven track record of success • High data fluency, expert with analytics software such as GA4, Heap, Looker Studio - able to perform comprehensive product analysis covering the entire funnel from marketing acquisition to conversion • Background in designing and optimizing pricing plans (freemium, free trial, etc) • Ability to guide a product team while also being fully hands-on delivering work • Thrives in a start-up environment, executing as an individual contributor while also setting strategy and product direction • Background working on SMB software (highly desirable) • Experience working with a distributed team working flexible hours (highly desirable)
