Description
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's accounting operations • Ensure accurate and timely production of financial statements • Develop and maintain accounting system of records • Establish and maintain a comprehensive set of internal controls • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans • Coordinate and manage the annual external audit process • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the accounting team • Conduct financial evaluations of investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions • Oversee and implement ERP accounting software
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • CPA designation strongly preferred • Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience • Significant experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller for a minimum of 3 years • Prior experience with a Big 4 accounting firm • Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles • Technical expertise in revenue recognition and stock-based compensation • Experience in software technology industry preferred • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
Benefits
