Description

• Ensure properties are furnished to Blueground standards and move-in ready for guests • Resolve maintenance matters/repairs and technology issues • Perform pre-check in & post check-out unit inspections using a mobile checklist • Carry out home walkthroughs to ensure quality standards are met • Support team projects such as inventory management and filming check-in videos • Serve as the main point of contact between Operations Leaders and Customer Experience team

Requirements

• Problem solver in a fast-paced environment • Ability to perform simple handyman tasks & household fixes • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Ability to routinely lift more than 30lbs • Enthusiastic about driving operational excellence & efficiency • Adaptive to daily needs and schedule changes • Confident user of technology (email, slack, G Suite) • Access to a reliable vehicle & driver’s license for roles in specific markets • Positive, driven, friendly personality
