• Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, staff, physicians, visitors, and other staff. • Collect information about clients using assessments, tests, interviews, discussions, observations, etc. and distil information into detailed notes tracking progress as needed. • Prepare and maintain all required treatment records and reports. • Provide therapy to clients individually and in group sessions with the goal of overcoming dependencies and making positive changes. • Collaborate with team members in staff meetings, and occasionally with the clinical supervision. • Create treatment plan goals with client which follow procedures, adhere to code of ethics, meet legal clinical practice protocols, and maintain professional standards.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office) • Familiarity with substance treatment industry: 12 step terminology, etc • Proficiency in KIPU Systems Client Management Software • Negative TB test results within past year • Medical clearance to work within past year • Ability to pass random drug screenings
