Description
• Conduct tours daily, both in-person and virtually • Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email • Set up and host community events • Resolve or escalate any customer concerns to the proper channel
Requirements
• Extroverted: energized by meeting new people with a tendency to over communicate • Organized to the point of being considered OCD • Intrinsically motivated to improve processes and to learn • Spreadsheet capable • Ability to quickly learn new systems • Can assist in generating new and more efficient processes • Strong writer and proficiency with other common languages a plus • 2-4 years of sales or customer service experience • 1-2 years in an analytical role such as consulting, banking, marketing or analytics • Bonus if you are an SF/South Bay native
