• Generating booked meetings via cold outreach (email, phone, socials). This will be the primary metric this position is evaluated on • Building targeted lead lists with validated contact data • Performing research on prospects • Tracking metrics and identifying areas for improvement
• Have 1-2 years of previous SDR experience • Have experience working at an early stage startup • Consistently met or exceeded quotas set by management • Have experience working with tools used for list building and contact validation, including using attribute filters (e.g. ZoomInfo, Apollo, RocketReach, ZeroBounce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) • Have experience building sales sequences in Outreach.io, or an equivalent sequencing software tool • Have experience making dozens of cold calls per day • Have experience sending personalized cold emails • You’re not looking for work-life balance—you’re optimizing for being part of a smart, ambitious team that is highly motivated to build a company that matters
