• Primacy is a human-centered, digital-first agency that crafts purposeful brand experiences • Conceptualize and create unparalleled experiences that blend creativity with strategy • Work directly with client teams and adapt to their systems and workflows • Generate fresh, engaging ideas that resonate with our audience • Craft copy that solves problems and delivers results across various platforms • Seamlessly integrate SEO best practices into copy • Translate complex financial concepts into clear content • Work closely with designers and strategists to bring ideas to life • Participate in client meetings and presentations confidently
Requirements
• 7+ years agency experience as a copywriter • Some Financial Services industry experience is a must • A proven ability to think conceptually and develop ideas that stand out in a crowded market • An impressive creative portfolio is a must • Strong understanding of the relationship between copy and art • Comfort with multi-tasking in a fast-paced agency environment and switching from one project to another at a moment’s notice • Ability to work collaboratively among colleagues and the organization • “Know how” to apply inspiring and strategic thinking to meet a variety of client needs and expectations across multiple verticals e.g., healthcare, financial services, higher education, and manufacturing consumer, etc. • Understanding of brand identity and how to ensure all messaging is “on brand” • Impeccable eye for detail and strong editing/proofing skills • Knowledge of current SEO trends and techniques, with experience integrating them into copy effectively • Ability to balance in person and remote environments • Blog writing or other content marketing writing experience
