Description
• We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our legal team as an In-House Legal Support Intern. • Prepare Visa and Immigration Supporting Documents including collaborating with attorneys, drafting and editing visa applications, and coordinating with clients and government agencies. • Organize and Update Case Files by establishing, updating, and ensuring documents are easily accessible for efficient retrieval. • Submit Internal Processings to Advance Case Status through initiating and managing processes, monitoring deadlines, and maintaining a calendar system. • Other Administrative Tasks as Required including supporting attorneys, conducting legal research, and contributing to the efficiency and productivity of the legal team.
Requirements
• Must have a Bachelor's degree preferably in Pre-Law or related field (candidates in the early stages of law school are encouraged to apply). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in Mandarin and English as working languages. • Knowledge of immigration and visa procedures is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
