• Senior/Staff Software Engineers are end-to-end owners who design, build, and deliver data-focused products • Focus on building back-end infrastructure with quality at scale • Participate in solving algorithmic, optimization and scale challenges

Requirements

• Sustained track record of making significant, self-directed, and end-to-end contributions to large and impactful data engineering projects • Understand engineering fundamentals • Experience in data engineering, worked with SQL, ETL, data modeling, and technologies like Spark, Scala, C#, Java • Broadly skilled engineer, accustomed to developing web services • Product-focused mindset • Passion and ability to contribute to discovering what will delight clients • Work with confidence and without ego • Deep knowledge and high degree of leadership in daily work • Strongly-held, defensible ideas and adept at identifying trade-offs • Value, seek out, and foster diversity • Creative thinker, innovative and learns quickly
