• Engage and grow player base across community channels • Represent player’s voice in internal discussions • Monitor, analyze, and report on community sentiment • Provide light moderation in community • Develop and execute strategy to build out studio's identity across social accounts • Engage in real-world conversations and trends on social platforms • Own planning, preparation, execution, and analysis of community events and activations
• Prior experience working in community management, player listening, and/or communications • Proficiency in managing and growing online communities across platforms such as Reddit and Discord • Ability to monitor, analyze, and synthesize community feedback • Excellent skills in creating compelling content for major social media platforms and web • Strong interpersonal skills for working closely with cross-functional teams • Experience in planning and executing community events and activations
